- Staging rentals that include delivery, pickup, setup, and tear down labor typically start around $1,500 and increases depending on the size of the stage, labor needed, how long you need it, and distance from our shop.

Our stages can be used whether you’re hosting a small gathering, a large concert, or an event that’s somewhere in between, no matter the terrain.

Indoor Stage Rental
If you’re hosting an event where there will be presentations or performances, renting a stage can elevate — literally — the message. If you’re working in a single-level room with a flat floor, placing the talent on a stage will let your audience see them much more clearly.
Our indoor stages come in pieces so we can easily load them into a building and wheel them into rooms before we lock them together during setup. We can turn almost any venue into an audience-ready masterpiece.
Multi-Level Stages
For impactful or theatrical performances, we can provide a multi-level stage. These types of stages allow for multiple performers to be easily visible.
You can also rent a multi-level stage if you’re looking to create seamless transitions between different environments, such as moving from a stage to a dance floor. We will bring stairs and transitions for each entrance and exit point that keeps the flow of foot traffic and the safety of your guests top of mind.
Fashion Show Runways
While any indoor or outdoor stage can be used for a fashion show, plexiglass stage decks are a great solution for when you desire a little extra sparkle and want every detail to add a visual pop
The translucent surface can be enhanced with gobos or other lighting effects hat can add depth to your photo shoot or fashion show.
Dance Floors
Renting a dance floor can add an attractive element to your event space and create a focal point for guests. A dance floor provides a safe, non-slip surface for guests to dance on, and eliminates the need for guests to dance on an unsuitable surface, such as carpet or grass, making the event space more functional.
We can customize your dance floor to any size and have a variety of colors and materials to choose from.

When faced with an event venue that presents certain design challenges we love to get creative. If you are planning an event in a unique space where the ground isn’t level or there are obstacles in the way, we are happy to work with you to solve those challenges. In most cases, we can build a level stage just about anywhere and can design the stage to fit around the obstacles. Give us a call and we’ll figure it out.
To provide you with an accurate quote we will need the following information:
- What size do you need the stage to be? (width x depth x height from ground)
- What type of surface will the stage be placed on and will it be flat?
- How many sets of stairs do you require?
- Do you require railings? If so, which sides will be covered?
- Do you require skirting? If so, which sides will need to be covered?
Railings are required on any stage that is over 24″ from the ground according to OSHA safety standards.
Typically staging is priced to include the stage decks, legs, feet, and hardware. Additional charges will be applied for stairs, railings, drape, and special order flooring material.
The portable staging typically comes with a wood surface that is painted black. We can provide alternative floor covering materials on special request that will be priced based on market availability.
Setup and tear down will be charged based on the details of your event and size of the stage. Larger stages will require more labor.
We base our delivery charges on the distance from our warehouse and time of day. We are centrally located just a few miles south of Downtown Los Angeles and our delivery fees start at $150 per trip.
