At ProCore Productions, we carry a variety of sound systems and speakers to fit different client needs. Our rental inventory ranges from the large format L’Acoustics dv-DOSC line array to the compact JBL VRX line array to the small, but clear QSC K Series.
We have just the right system for your event whether your venue is outdoors in a tent, on a rooftop, or in a hotel ballroom.
Stage Monitor Systems
When performers can hear themselves properly, they are able to focus solely on their performance and not on technical issues.
We provide industry-standard monitor wedges and wireless in-ear monitor systems to support any performance. Bring in one of our ProCore Productions Audio Engineers to run the system and we will make it all work perfectly so you don’t have to think about a thing.

You can call us at (888) 892-1790 and talk to one of our event specialists Monday through Friday 9am – 6pm. If you need to reach us after hours, or if you would like to include attachments such as floorplans, gear lists, or schematics you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are happy to talk through your event with you and we can typically get you a quote the same day or within 24 hours. If you don’t reach us right away it means the team is likely working with other clients or are out on a job site.
There are a few factors which help us determine the right sound system for your event. Some of these are:
- Is your event taking place indoors or outdoors?
- How many attendees will be at your event?
- What are the dimensions of your floorplan? Will your audience be spread out in a wide configuration or narrow?
- Is your audience going to be on a single ground level or will they be in “tiered” or “stadium” seating?
Yes. We have several packages that we’ve built for a range of types of events based on the most common rentals. We can always customize a package for you if you don’t need an item or need a few extra things.
Unless you are renting one of our audio packages, our inventory rents “a la carte” meaning that every piece of equipment has a price associated with it. We will charge you based on the items you require without any extra or hidden fees.
Yes. We have a selection of small generators in stock that can be used for most small to medium size events. For larger events we have partnerships with generator companies with negotiated discounts that we pass on to you. If we need a larger generator for your event we will take care of ordering, delivery, and pickup of your event generator.
Setup and tear down will be charged based on the details of your event and size of the rental. Larger orders will require more labor.
We base our delivery charges on the distance from our warehouse and time of day. We are centrally located just a few miles south of Downtown Los Angeles and our delivery fees start at $150 per trip.
We are available to service your event 24 hours a day 7 days a week and we regularly work with clients that have odd timing requirements.
In some cases we will need to charge an extra fee for after hours labor. The best thing to do is to contact us with your needs and we will work to meet your goals.
Yes. We require a 50% deposit to book an event in our calendar. That secures the equipment, crew, and transport needed to make your event happen.
We take all major credit cards with a 3% processing fee on charges over $2,000. We also take ACH and bank transfer payments at no charge to you.
