These terms govern the SMS text messaging program operated by ProCore Productions, Inc. (“ProCore Productions”, “we”, “us”). By opting in you agree to these terms.
1. Program Description
ProCore Productions sends operational text notifications to crew members who have opted in. Messages announce things such as schedule and call time changes, equipment or vehicle issues, and safety notices. This is an internal staff notification program. It is not marketing, and messages are not sent to customers or the general public.
2. How to Opt In
Crew members opt in from their own profile inside our private staff portal at crew.procoreproductions.com, by entering a mobile number and actively ticking a consent checkbox. The box is not pre-selected. Participation is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Announcements only, typically a few messages per month.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. ProCore Productions does not charge for these messages. Any charges come from your mobile carrier under your own plan.
5. How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that. You can also turn text messages off at any time from your profile in the staff portal. Opting out of texts does not affect your work with ProCore Productions in any way.

7. Supported Carriers and Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control.
8. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorised user of, the mobile number you provide.
9. Privacy
We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
