Most rental companies hand you equipment and wish you luck. No signal flow diagram. No power plan. No one asking about your venue’s ceiling height or rigging points. When something doesn’t work on-site, you’re the one scrambling.
You hired one company for sound, another for video, a third for lighting. Now you’re the project manager translating between three teams who’ve never met. The schedule slips. Things get missed. And you’re the one your client calls.
The price was right, but the crew showed up short-staffed. The backup gear wasn’t included. Setup took twice as long because nobody did a site visit. The low bid cost more in stress than the higher one would have cost in dollars.
Line arrays and point-source systems sized for your room. Wireless frequency coordination so your mics don’t cut out mid-keynote. Monitor mixes for presenters, distributed audio for breakouts, and a dedicated audio engineer mixing your show live.
PTZ and manned cameras, confidence monitors for your presenters, IMAG on screens so the back of the room can see every expression. Need to livestream or record? We handle the encoding, switching, and signal distribution so your remote audience gets the same experience as the room.
Stage wash that makes your presenters look professional on camera. Uplighting that transforms a hotel ballroom. Gobo projections for branding. We plan around your venue’s rigging points, ceiling height, and power capacity so the design actually works in your space, not just on paper.
Custom stage builds with skirting, stairs, and ADA ramps. Pipe and drape for room division and scenic backdrops. Truss for rigging and scenic elements. We handle the infrastructure that holds everything together, so your production team can focus on the show, not the structure.
Not a gear list with a price tag. Tell us what you need and we’ll build a plan that covers every detail.
Fill out the form or call us. We’ll ask about your venue, audience size, agenda, and what success looks like. This isn’t a gear order. It’s a conversation.
Not a quote with gear on it. A real plan with signal flow, power requirements, crew assignments, setup timeline, and backup systems mapped out. You’ll know exactly what’s happening and when.
We walk the venue, verify measurements, check power and rigging, identify potential issues. Every cable run planned. Every wireless frequency coordinated. No surprises on show day.
The team that planned your event is the team that runs it. Dedicated department leads for audio, video, and lighting. Proactive communication throughout. You focus on your event, we handle the production.
The core inventory is ours, maintained in our shop, and we know its condition before it leaves. When your event needs something outside our stock, we sub-rent from partners we’ve worked with for years, at cost plus a disclosed markup. You’ll see which is which on the quote.
The person who builds your production plan is the same person managing your show on-site. No handoffs, no re-explaining your event to strangers. Continuity from first call to final strike.
You get a documented plan with signal paths, power maps, crew assignments, and a setup timeline. Not a PDF with equipment names and prices. You’ll know exactly how your event comes together before a single case hits the truck.
Redundant signal paths for main-stage feeds. Backup wireless on hot standby. Spare processors racked and ready. We plan for the things that go wrong so you never have to know they almost did.
It depends on the venue, audience size, and what you need the production to accomplish. A half-day meeting with basic sound and projection might run $2,000 to $5,000. A full general session with LED walls, multi-camera IMAG, and professional lighting typically starts at $15,000 and goes up from there. We’ll give you an honest quote based on your actual event, not a generic price sheet.
A rental company drops off gear. A production company plans, sets up, operates, and troubleshoots your entire technical production. If your event has a stage, presenters, and an audience expecting things to work perfectly, you need production, not just equipment.
Yes. Every rental includes the crew to set it up, operate it during your event, and strike it after. Our operators are specialists, not general labor. Your audio engineer mixes audio. Your video tech runs cameras and switching. You won’t get one person trying to do everything.
Four to six weeks is comfortable for most corporate events. For large productions, conferences, or peak season (September through December), eight to twelve weeks gives us time to plan properly and secure any specialty gear. That said, we’ve turned around events in under a week when needed.
Absolutely. We coordinate with hotel AV teams, convention center electricians, and venue technical staff regularly. We handle the Encore and PSAV coordination, union labor requirements, and power hookup scheduling so you don’t have to.
We’re based in Los Angeles and serve all of Southern California, including Orange County, the Inland Empire, Santa Barbara, and San Diego. We also travel nationwide for larger productions. Delivery, setup, and strike are included in every quote.
Yes. We provide encoding, streaming, and recording as part of our video production services. Your remote audience gets multi-camera coverage, clean audio, and professional switching, not a laptop webcam pointed at the stage.
Our production plans include redundant signal paths and backup equipment for critical systems. If a wireless mic has issues, there’s already a backup on hot standby. If a projector dims, there’s a spare in the truck. We plan for failure so your audience never sees it.
