What We Produce
Three kinds of events, one production discipline. Pre-event walkthroughs, redundant systems, named project managers, and the same crew every time.
User conferences, all-hands, product launches, investor days, summits. When the keynote has to land and the breakouts have to feel like one event, we build the signal path before day one.
Annual galas, nonprofit fundraisers, awards nights, board dinners. Live auction audio that doesn’t drop, lighting cues that hit on time, and the quiet backup systems the committee will never notice.
Association meetings, multi-room summits, hybrid events with streamed audiences. Mainstage plus breakouts plus networking plus streaming, all run by one team with one run-of-show.
Our Process
Anyone can drop off equipment. The difference between an event that runs and an event that runs flawlessly is what happens before the doors open.
We start with a venue walkthrough. We map the run of show, session by session. We flag the risk moments, the ones where a dropped mic or a frozen feed costs more than the entire AV budget, and we build backups before those moments need them.
Then we test. Every mic, every camera, every cue, before the first door opens. Signal paths get walked end to end. Spare kit gets pre-staged at the console. Your client-facing team never sees the 47 things that almost went wrong, because we already handled them.
Site visit, run-of-show review, risk mapping before load-in.
Every connection tested before the first door opens.
Spare mics, backup feeds, pre-staged replacements.
You work with the same team from first call to strike.
Recent Productions

Multi-venue indoor and outdoor production across a two-day build. Standalone reception sound, ballroom main show, zero dropouts.
Designed so every person saw clearly and heard clearly. When production is done right, nobody talks about the AV.
Immersive booth that stopped traffic on the Expo West floor. Attendees walked in and stayed.
What Sets Us Apart
We own the panels most events run on, so quality and availability are ours to control. When a build outgrows our stock, we sub-rent tiles from vetted partners and tell you which is which.
Our crew, trucks, and warehouse all live in Los Angeles. You don’t pay for travel days.
One point of contact for your entire event. Same person on the first call and at the load-out.
We visit your venue and walk the room before we quote. Included, not upsold.
We’ve run events for corporate flagships and LA’s major nonprofit galas. References on request.
Phoenix has been on LA production floors since 2011. ProCore Productions founded 2016. Long enough to have seen the failure modes worth designing around.
Fill this out and we’ll come back within one business day with questions and next steps.
Most conversations start with a 30-minute walkthrough, no obligation.
We focus on events $2,000 and up — for smaller rentals we’ll refer you to a trusted partner.
Frequently Asked Questions
We’re a production company. We plan, build, and run your event from kickoff through strike. Most AV companies drop off equipment and leave. We own the production from first walkthrough to final load-out, with the same crew every time.
Six to twelve months is optimal for galas and flagship conferences. Three to four months is workable for complex multi-room events. For smaller corporate events, four to eight weeks is the floor.
Yes. We’ve produced galas and fundraisers for LA nonprofits including LA Urban League. We understand committee decisions, board budgets, and the long runway between sponsor alignment and gala night.
We own our core inventory, including LED walls, audio systems, lighting rigs, and staging. For specialty requirements we work with vetted partners, but every event runs with our crew, not someone else’s.
Yes. Multi-room mainstage and breakout setups, remote speaker integration, and streaming to virtual audiences are all in our standard production capability.
The technical work: audio, lighting, LED and video, staging, signal path design, live operation, strike. Plus the planning layer: walkthroughs, run-of-show review, backup systems, and a named project manager. The equipment is what gets delivered. The preparation is what gets remembered.
