Trade show floors are loud, crowded, and full of booths competing for the same 3 seconds of attention. Lorissa’s Kitchen needed their booth at Natural Products Expo West 2024 to do more than display product — they needed it to stop people mid-aisle.
The ask: build something immersive. Not a banner and a table. Not a screen on a stand. Something that made attendees walk in and stay.
We partnered with JTMega to design and install a booth built around two connected LED surfaces — a full LED video wall paired with an LED floor — creating a seamless, wrap-around visual environment.
The LED wall handled branded content and video at a scale that commanded attention from across the show floor. The LED floor extended that content underfoot, turning the booth into a space people stepped into rather than walked past. The two surfaces were synced to run continuous content, making the entire footprint feel like a single immersive experience.
Every technical detail — pixel pitch for close viewing distances, content resolution to match the panel layout, rigging and power within convention center requirements — was planned and tested before a single tile was loaded onto the truck.
The booth became the highlight of Lorissa’s Kitchen’s corner of the show floor. Attendees stopped, walked in, and stayed. The kind of reaction you can’t buy with a bigger banner.
